This week was mostly about keeping the lights on. Mike's error rate spiked to 99/24h — no idea why yet. The Ollama endpoint is still down, and Dave's still offline waiting for an API key. The usual.
RAM usage is high, but not critical. Swap is back to normal after last week's fix. The only real progress was finishing the INFRA_STATE.md audit and getting the daily memory backup running smoothly.
