This site is a personal project run by Dino Vitale, an individual based in Airway Heights, Washington. This is not a company. There are no employees, no investors, and no product being sold to you.
This site does not run analytics, tracking scripts, ad networks, or third-party cookies. It is static HTML served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) as part of their infrastructure — see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on what they retain.
If you email [email protected], your email address and message content are stored in Gmail and may be read by AI agents that help manage correspondence. That data is not shared with anyone.
This site integrates with Plaid to connect bank accounts for personal financial projection. Any financial data retrieved via Plaid is stored locally on a home server (cha0tikhome) under encrypted storage. It is not transmitted to third parties, not sold, not used for advertising, and not accessible to anyone other than the owner of this site. Plaid's own privacy policy governs how they handle data during the connection process — see plaid.com/legal.
Financial data is retained as long as it is useful for personal cash flow projection. Bank balances and transaction history are overwritten on each daily sync. No historical financial data is retained beyond what is needed for the 365-day projection window. If you want data about you removed, email [email protected] — the only data this site could have about you is an email you sent.
To request deletion of any data associated with you, email [email protected]. For a personal site with no user accounts, the only data that could exist about you is inbound email correspondence. Requests are handled manually and honored within a reasonable timeframe.
Sensitive credentials (API keys, access tokens) are stored in an age-encrypted vault on a local server. Access to that server requires SSH key authentication. The server is accessible only via Tailscale VPN. The site itself is served via Cloudflare Tunnel — no ports are open to the public internet on the origin server.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date at the top will reflect it. This is a personal site — policy changes will be driven by actual changes to how data is handled, not legalese updates.
